Step 1: Download the Prop.com app in the App Store or Play Store. Alternatively, if you would rather utilize the web application, you can visit app.prop.com.
Step 2: To get started we kindly request your "country of residence." This information is necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Step 3: Please provide your First and Last name as stated on your identity.
Step 4: Sign up to Prop.com using your email address.
Step 5: You will receive a verification email in your inbox shortly after completing the above step. Follow the instructions in that email to verify your account.
Step 6: After verifying, you will be redirected to a page where you will set up your 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). In this step, you will need to select the country where your mobile number is registered and then manually enter your phone number.
Step 7: Once you’ve entered your phone number, you will receive an authentication code via SMS which you should input in the relevant box which will pop up after you submit your number.
Step 8: Complete KYC to verify your identity.
You can now begin investing in real estate.

How do I reset my password if I forget it?
Go to app.prop.com/sign-in or click here and click on ‘Forgot Password’. You will be requested to input your email address to receive a confirmation email containing a reset link after. Click to reset your password. Note that you will need to do so using 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
What is 2FA and why do I need it?
2FA stands for Two-Factor Authentication. It is an additional layer of security for your Prop.com account that requires you to provide two forms of identification when logging in. You can set up 2FA using either Google Authenticator or SMS verification.
2FA adds an extra layer of protection to your account, making it more difficult for unauthorized individuals to gain access to your account even if they manage to obtain your login credentials.
Will my personal information be secure when I create an account on the platform?
All regulatory-relevant data points are stored in secure and certified third-party systems and are only retrieved if absolutely necessary. Internally kept information is stored securely in high-sec data centers in Europe and the data itself is encrypted or hashed.
