Follow the steps below to complete your purchase process.

Step 1: After clicking on the property of choice, select the desired amount.

Step 2: If your amount is valid (less or equal to the wallet balance, etc.) you can proceed to the next step by clicking ‘Continue’.

Step 3: You are now requested to sign a purchase agreement, which you can do on a new tab that automatically opens up. If this page does not open, it may be due to a popup blocker or other plug-ins you have installed on your browser, so we will ask you to click a button to open the link manually. If you're using mobile is not an issue.

Step 4: Read the agreement carefully and then sign it by clicking on the signing box and filling the modal to proceed with your investment.

Step 5: Click ‘Finish’ after you sign the document to end the flow.

Step 6: Go back to your investment tab, where you will see new information appear: Your signature was verified and you can proceed to the next step!

Step 7: If you submit the investment, it will move to escrow where your money is safeguarded until all regulatory checks are executed and all other investment modalities are met. In case of a direct investment, your investment is directly visible in your account.

FAQ

  • Can I cancel an investment?

Once you sign and confirm the purchase agreement, the funds, and securities will be held in a secure escrow account. At this stage, the investment cannot be canceled. However, if the listing requirements are not fulfilled and Prop.com choose to not extend the escrow period plus not transition it to a direct listing, the investment will be automatically canceled.

  • What happens after I complete the purchase of a property on Prop.com?

Once all the fundraising goals are achieved, the securities will be deposited into the wallets of the investors, and the funds held in escrow will be released to the selling party. In case of a direct investment, your investment is directly visible in your account. You will be entitled to any returns that become available from this point forward.
