You are entitled to the net rental income generated plus the Property value appreciation minus the platform fees.

By buying a piece of the economic rights of a property on the Prop.com platform, you are entitled to the following proceeds of a property:

  • Net rental income; generated by the property, which is the total rental income minus costs such as maintenance, insurance, management costs & audits.

  • Property value appreciation; so you will receive part of the potential gains from the increase in the property’s value when the property is sold. We aim for a yearly equity growth at 5-8% but keep in mind that we can't guarantee anything regarding equity growth, as it depends on the performance of the underlying asset.

The average yearly ROI is expected to be between 8-12% across our properties on the platform.
