Value Add
Our value add strategy is focused on real estate objects where we improve the property so that it offers more for tenants, whether via renovations, rebranding, adding amenities, or better management of the property.
βFix & Flip
A shorter-term strategy is Fix & Flip, where we seek out distressed properties that need some care and attention. We renovate them to a high standard, then sell them again for a profit.
βRental Real Estate
The residential properties we invest in offer the benefits of monthly cash flow and long-term equity growth. We rent them out for the long term, as well as for the short term as vacation homes on Airbnb or HMO.
βReal Estate Development
This allows us to get in on the ground floor during the early stages of a project. We get a fixed loan rate, then an equity share in the development after it is launched. When the development is completed, we either choose to sell it or simply keep it to collect the monthly cash flow and capture the property appreciation.
