The rent payouts are depended on the property management. You will either receive the rental payout in the first week or the week after the 15th.
In the case of a "Direct investment," you will start earning rental income from a predetermined timeline, without being affected by fundraising milestones.
If it's not a direct investment opportunity, the first rent payout is scheduled to be disbursed 30 days after the completion of the escrow process, and it will be made during the first seven days of each month, based on the performance of the underlying asset.

Additionally, upon the property's exit, you will receive a payout that includes the rent accrued up to the exit date, as well as your initial investment plus any profits or minus any losses, depending on the performance of the underlying asset.
