Sometimes, when you try to invest an amount from your account, the following issue may arise. While the amount is displayed and marked as "processing," you might be unable to complete the transaction.
This usually happens because the transaction is under review by our Compliance team, which caused the issue you experienced during the investment process. In such cases, there’s no need to retry transferring the amount or attempting the investment again. Once the Compliance team completes their review, your investment will normally be approved within 48 hours.
