FAQ
How long does it take for a deposit to be credited to my account?
The SEPA transactions are usually processed within minutes and appear in your account. However, in some cases, this can take up to 2 days. The processing time for iDeal Payments, Binance pay and Debit cards are instant.
Why can I not make a deposit?
After you passed KYC, it can take up to 1 business day to generate your IBAN Number. Until then you won't be able to deposit funds into your wallet. If after 1 business day, you are still not able to deposit funds, please raise a ticket to our Customer Success Department.
Are there any fees associated with making deposits on the platform?
Prop.com doesn't charge any fees for depositing funds to your account. Only if you use iDeal or Binance Pay there is a small fee for the payment processor.

What if you live in the UK and want to deposit with £?
Please note that the only currency accepted on the Prop.com platform is EURO.
If you want to deposit funds in a different currency, we recommend using the "Debit card" method, which will automatically convert your funds to EURO. Alternatively, you can deposit with crypto using Binance Pay (USDT).
Is my personal information secure when making a deposit?
To protect your privacy, we only collect essential data necessary for tracking incoming transactions. Each user is linked to a personal bank account that can receive deposits from their private bank account.
This account information is sufficient for us to credit your account, and we do not collect any additional personal information. Rest assured, your data is kept secure with us.
